I would think that tape contains the video #004. Or maybe the raw #003 footage with that note being readable.

Its been a while, he flashesd the lights ojn and off twice and then left them off. Seems to be white car.

Hi, just a random lurker here.

Shortly after the car had left, a car that looked white (I'm quite sure about this) appeared on the curve going to the left. I think this propably was the car that was parked there. It continued straight after the intersection.

I don't think any of this is useful in any way, though. =D

Around 22:40 a dark minivan parks near the site of the package. Watching for developments

EDIT2: Correction: Just moves forward a few feet. Still there.

UPDATE: 23:10:30 A big semi with no trailer attached pulled up behind the van.

23:12:00 Two men exit the semi. One walks across the bridge while the other is talking to the person from the mini-van.
