Wow...two in the same week. I just got a PM, well, I just noticed I had a PM, and when I checked it out, it was this:

I almost threw myself at the mercy of UF but decided I would give it a shot to see if I could crack this one on my own, see if I'm any good at this or not. That remains to be seen, but I did figure out it was ROT13, and that resolved to this:

I read the information, but haven't quite figured out what to do with it just yet. After dinner I will study it more, unless someone else is more on the ball (of which there is little doubt).

 		Damn, you beat me to it. I just got the same PM too. Will be checking this out.

Freaky cause the PM of Wyoming Incident gave me the trailhead for Red King Project about an hour ago.

I solved it by:

translating the Morse code, then reversing everything (its written backwards)

11:20 Fallen Angel brought to base. Sealed in aurora chamber for investigation.
11:46 Fallen angel searched. No ebes detected.
12:00 Fallen angel begins to emit radiation levels similar to tungusa affair. Precautions taken to prevent collapse.
5:58 Power returns. Aurora chamber opened.
6:13 Fallen angel missing. area searched.
