Thad wanted me to tell you that he knows about the bomb component serial number being traced to Washington.

EDIT: re: Myssfitz got this information from Elias as well.

I added this so people would know we knew it already. I was told that we knew it already in the chat room when I mentioned what Thad was telling me. Thad wanted people to know about the possible OE connection to the bomb so they are warned about how dangerous OE and Alecia can be.

Thad doesn't admit to knowing anything about Elias.

Thad says he just carries a gun because he always has and he has a permit for it. ( I don't know what it takes to get a permit for a concealed weapon in Washington.)

Thad believes that someone who had access to Marcus' keys planted the bomb. The bomb went off when he pressed the unlock switch.

He thinks it could have been meant as a warning not to kill Marcus.

Yes, I would like to know how he knows too. Since it was only posted at IU. And there was a reason for that. I didn't post here because for some reason that is what I thought I was (wasn't) supposed to do in this instance. But if Thad and Elias are the same person... I havn't talked to Marcus yet to find out if he's talked with Jude. Has anyone else had a chance?

And the "as well" gets me specing. If I got this information from Elias as well, I take it that Thad got if from Elias as well. Does that make sense?

Its not in the public part but in the Ideltech section.
Anyway, I meant "unofficial" in other sense, as he didnt say especiffically "Thad and Elias are the same person". But now he has confirmed it directly:

Could you explain that statement a bit more? Does that mean that Thad and Elias were definitely the same person? Was this some sort of attempt on the Restorers part to infiltrate Ideltech??

This line is contained in a post from Marcus on the "request" portion of the IU site. When I first read it posted here, it didn't occur to me that it would be in two places on IU-- both the Ideltech part and the "public part" of IU -- sorry if I misunderstood.

Thanks for sorting this out so we know without a doubt that Thad was posing as Elias. Although it just seems so odd that I don't understand why he was attempting to achieve by thsi subterfuge. I hope we can ask Thad about it soon.
