I think the general consensus is Sin Vraal sends the email, if she/he's online at the correct time, of course.

We need to settle on the 7th longest river answer too.

Drat. How annoying -__- i guess there's another group working on it somewhere. I did try googling for others but found nothing. I guess it'll be kind of pointless like this if people aren't going to even TRY to keep the rules Sad

The rules say: The email MUST come to me on the deadline, in each challenge a time and date will be set. If this is breached the captive is executed

So the mail should be sent ON the exact date and time specified, not before?

Umm... the first one decodes to "Seven". The second one looks like maybe a range of dates... January 4th, 2009, to January 4th, 2010. Maybe. Possibly.
