hey all-- i just caught up on all the posts, and i wanted to throw in my two cents, ok, maybe it's a nickle...
the bad news: yes, i am just as upset that some loser with nothing better to do scams the answers and ends up winning-- karma will bite her in the butt one day.

 		Hi, everyone!
Hi, everyone! And congrats to the Video Challenge winners!! You all did such a wonderful job!

Thanks for asking about me a few pages back. I do live in San Diego and there has been a "mandatory evacuation" where I live so I'm in a motel room very far south...about as far south as you can get without being in Mexico...so the air quality is a little better here.

The "Witch" fire is creeping in on my home...just a mile or so away, so please, please, please send positive thoughts our way here in San Diego...it's really bad here...and the national news isn't covering it to be as bad as it is.

Thanks for cheering me up by letting me come to these boards and laugh while I get caught up on the public computer. I can't see the official Covet site (the public computer isn't allowing the Flash player dang it!!!), so will you all keep me up to date if the other prizes are drawn and let me know here if I happen to win another gift bag...or maybe the tv to replace our melty one for my hubby???!!! (just kidding...have to keep my sense of humor here!!!).

My husband and I were laughing about the Covet I won and how it will come in handy in getting the awful "campfire" smell out of my clothes and hair soon!

There's just an awful grey cloud of burning stench all over the city with large white ash "snowing" all over everything and leaving a coating on the roads and cars, etc. It's bizzare to see the red moon reflecting the fires here and the red embers from the fires floating up in the dark sky tonight.

I'll check in with you all soon...but I'm fine and my husband, my dog, my cat and some wedding photos made it in the evacuation...so all will be well no matter what!
