Unsolved Codes and Ciphers

After looking into this may day mystery a bit (and liking it), I did a little looking around. No, i didn't find anything good on the above mysterious organization (or maybe not). I did find a website that has a list of famous unsolved codes and ciphers. Thought y'all might be interested to look them over or something. The site is www.elonka.com/UnsolvedCodes.html

I remember watching a television program about the Voynich Manuscripts. From what i recall, it was a hoax, and the code broken (recently, maybe). At any rate, check 'em out and let everyone know what ya think.

From one of those sites:
Quote:
the PHAISTOS DISK: A circular clay tablet about six inches across, discovered in Crete in the early 1900s, and believed to date back to 1800 BC. With an "alphabet" of 45 different symbols, 241 signs are stamped into both sides in spiral patterns.

Hmm... looks mighty familiar...
