This is admittedly a little train of consciousness, but here goes.....

We can assume fairly confidently that the the song lyrics in the upper left to stand for "1". If we also assume that the square outlined in black is the Lo Shu magic square that we get redirected to by typing "square" in the query box, the top three numbers will be 4, 9, 2. Reading across the top, that gives something like 1 4 9 2 Columbo Sale Ocean Blue.

or perhaps I'm going insane from staring at the puzzle too long....

Does this mean that the black outlined box is just a little hint to make us realize that the green outlined area is a magic square of some kind?

well Chaoseed is an interesting peek... but MySQL is just a database system, which I'm certain is what is running on the backend of this site. Considering it was an error that the text appeared, I'm certain none of this is "in-game", as it were. Which is why Chaoseed is more than likely a 'peek' behind the curain, and not necessarily anything to do with the arg. MySQL - Definitely not.

You know what, now that I think about it, the rest of the puzzle probably has to be solved in a different way. The "1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue" is encased in the GREEN code.

The fact that the rest of the puzzle is encased in Black leads me to believe there is going to be a different method for solving this...

Jedditor mentioned something about the numbers or letters in the black code.

Ok I am not sure if this is right but I figured I might as well try. There was a guy during the 1936 Olympics that were held in Berlin during Hitler's time. Well he was black and he won a gold medal, much to Hitler's displeasure. That man was named Jesse Owens. Well I couldn't find the picture in the puzzle but I figured someone else would have a better shot. I am gonna go to bed. or with 0's lined up
