Man, Im still having a hard time with this one... I feel as though we are missing something... but I dont know WHAT!!

I still think that sign at the end of film 7 has something to do with it.

Or maybe we just have to wait?

GAH I dont know...

EDIT: Thinking it over and over again in my head, all the signs point to the fact that we might just have to wait... and I HATE doing that in ARG's, but I think we reached a roadblock. All over Pedro's page it states how he loves new friends, and if you become his friend, he will amaze you, etc.

And in the automated e-mail, it states that Pedro will be gone for a few days and will return shortly.

So, I think we really just have to wait. Raspberry

I wonder if there are any other forums working on this game?

I was wondering if someone from here was posting all our clues on another blog. - I don't care what anyone does, but just wondering if it was one of ours, or if someone was copying ours like what happened at the covet game. I made one post about the US not being able to participate, but the other posts are all our clues and they stopped exactly when we stopped. I don't mind sharing answers; we can't win anywayhttp://t4w.blogs.com/spinningaround/2007/10/the-hunt-for-th.html

OK so I am way behind you guys! Can anyone give me some help on how to get the yellow rag to work on the car in clue #3. I tried clicking on it and dragging it but it wont work. I'm trying to catch up to you guys even though Palm found out we can't win anything here in the US. That sucks! (You're right almost as bad as our Covet sniper! At least it rained on her all weekend! Yeah I'm a poor sport )

you may have to clear your cache before you go back to visit the sites.. like the scales that wont work if you click on any of the other bogus links on that page. just go clear your cache then come back on the page and drag the rag up to the car door. then don't let go of the mouse and rub rub rub.

(i told hubby.. "see i do clean around here")

Somewhere in the text on the page it gives a clue - something about a car window - roll it down, or clean it or something like that.

Thanks ncfriend and palm for your help unfortunately I'm completely inept and I can't get the yellow rag to move. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad So I'm stuck. I cleared my cache, turned off my popup blocker, I go right to the rag and click and try to drag and don't let go and rub the car door and nothing. I can't pick the stinking thing up!!!! Evil or Very Mad Nothing happens I can't get hold of the rag. It's driving me crazy I can't catch up!! Oh well. Thanks for your help I may have to just give up. Good luck I hope you guys beat those limeys even if you can't officially win! Laughing

rag

don't give up - that happened to me the first time I tried it too. I tried a couple of more times, closing my brower, starting over, and I don't know what I did different, but it finally worked. I think it may have been either clicking or dragging it differently

OMG I got it finally!!! First of all I'm completely spastic when it comes to this! Covet was the first game I played so I don't really know too much, obviously! Laughing Anyway, I was trying to do part 4 before part 3 so that's why it wouldn't work!!!! I finally figured it out! I'm very excited and I'm going to try and catch back up. Thanks Palm for the support! (I actually thought you were calling me a rag for giving up when I saw that as your subject title! Laughing)

rag

I just tried it again to see if mine would work - and I had to try at least 20 times; nothing. Finally got it to work when I dragged the rag to the window, and rubbed in the left hand top corner of the window - not the center of the window, but the exact left top corner, and it opened.

Sorry - about the rag thing - lol. Glad you caught up. Still nothing on myspace - no friend add yet. That happened to me by accident too - with a clue - you do have to go in order or it won't work.

On the Carniceria Guzman website doesn't the chalkboard look like you should be able to do something with the sticks on the bottom? They almost look like matches face to face. Now that I'm writing this in the video the clue (Carniceria Guzmam and Ham) was written on a chalkboard! Maybe we need to do something with that?

That's very weird?? Did you get any other response to that other email you sent to the business?

no more responses... hmm. Well I do have one theory. A lot of times with these type of games, people can blow through them in one day, like we did. Maybe this wall is so people can find out about this game and catch up. You know, so everyone has a chance.

This way, people can find out about the game and catch up. No use having an expensive game like this be solved in one day (hard ARG my ass, though it IS well produced)

I guess we shall soon see
