So Smartart are you under the opinion that the subsiduary sites are coming? I'm not clear...

They probably read the forums and will come back with the mistakes fixed that we pointed out. (or just give up 'cause we didn't fall for it)

You'll notice that's actually an edited version of the logo, sans the human form. Using the original outright might just violate the copyright of the real owners.
Not arguing the fact of it being genuine or not, cause it looks more and more OOG, but doesn't the below link show the same EXACT logo "sans human" that you're referring to?

This is probably where they got that "sans human" logo. So, if copyright infringement is possible, they still would be guilty. Just pointing out that the splash logo is technically legit, even if the rest of the site isn't.

Like you, I think the Tagruato sites is more likely to stay as is, because updates should alreday have been made even small ones. What I think is that the Tagruato website contain all the info we need to know from the pm point-of-view. (even if i wish to learn more about the subsidiaries....)

I was going on memory, so thanks for pointing that out.
That is just about exactly what they used, with the liberties of color and some dynamic lighting changes. Not sure if it's enough to evade the copyright issue though.
I never really saw the warbloid site, so I wonder how similar a creation this is? I'd love to go all analytical on a comparison there.

hm. i don't think we will be seeing much more with bold futura. im not exactly a computer whiz so if someone can look into this further by all means please do...
if you check the page source for the page you will find this at the very top
"<DOCTYPE>"
so i went to the link there...
http://www.w3c.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd
and it shows me an error saying something about site forbidden due to abuse
so....ya....do wat you will with this info

Uh, doctype declarations are normal in a decent page.
Not sure about the nature of that reference URL and why it'd be 'abused', but OK...

I hate to sound condescending, but is there anyone here that still thinks boldfutura.jp is IG?
Cuz if not, we should probably just let this thread die, and ignore whatever updates the gamejacker does to his site.

Could copyright infringement or legal considerations may have been necessary on the Bold Futura.jp site? Maybe, because of the fake site, we will have a IG site but was not supposed to?[/google]
