Looking at seven's video, the next items in the huge domino line are musical instruments. My bet would be that site that CaptKing found belongs to eight.

SOMETHING IS NOT ADDING UP AND IT IS KILLING ME!
Are these other sites ready? Because I am SO STUCK on number 7. I just sent a email to the La Fuente de Musica site and I get this response:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
We specialise in retro music.
We remember the order in which things happen.
Those who forget the past, often make the same mistakes twice!
www.lafuentedemusica.com
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I think it means we have to input the numbers of the last however many dominoes came before this one... but I have no idea which number this one is... not before we solve #7. DAMMIT PEDRO WE HAVE WAITED, NOW TELL US THE DAMN INFORMATION.

I think it will have something to do with the order we "load up the Jukebox" with. View the source code & you will see this list of songs
juke box songs
Tick Tock Boogie
Gazump Stomp - "gazump" means to refuse to formalise a sale agreement at the last minute in order to accept a higher offer
Flippin' Pages
Strike a Light Blues
Alfajores Dub - An Alfajores is a Caramel Cookie
Mama Pacha's Swing
Chorizo Blues
Monkey Wrench
Brassic Burnin' Probably goes with http://inclinarelpunto.com/# - code says quick put out the fire
So the pages that we have gone to already must match a song (9 songs, 10th site)
Sites
Guinness La legenda del Domino de Oro (Start Page with Juan Ramon)
Alfajores Dub http://www.molinodefenix.com/# (balance weights) (see recipe )
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=3Xy6HDNaI6w (Don Pedro movers)
Monkey Wrench http://arpatallerdeautos.com/# (yellow rag)
Flippin' Pages http://www.arenasdetiempo.com/# (black book)
Mama Pacha's Swing (from the mural) http://www.flickr.com/photos/diegopaz_1975/ (the photo entitled: Cosas buenas llegan a los que esperan!)
Strike a Light Blues? http://www.dominodorado.com/ (matchstick puzzle)
Chorizo Blues http://carniceriaguzmam.com/ (meat man - where we are stuck for now)
Best guesses for now

Hatty, you are a god-damn genius. Gonna work on it right now.
EDIT: Damn, it looks like this is the code for the 9th domino. Since there are 9 songs. Ergo, Im sure we click 9 numbers on the juke box and get the code for domino 9
Alright, what I have so far:
Tick Tock Boogie-?
Gazump Stomp-?
Flippin' Pages- Video 4, Domino 7
Strike a Light Blues- Video 6, Domino 7
Alfajores Dub-?
Mama Pacha's Swing-?
Chorizo Blues- Video 7, Domino 10
Monkey Wrench-Video 3, Domino 11
Brassic Burnin' -?
And could anyone help me out and find the URL for all of the sites so far? That might help in the future...
You read my mind

Great job you guys! I was searching and forgot to look on google UK! I found a youtube video for la fuente de musica but it doesn't have to do with this game. I found this site
which may be where jaguar found
I figured I'd post it in case anyone could find anything else there.

In visiting the Main site (where our dominos are), I noticed that the clock is still locked - so the tick tock boogie is yet to be found

In my efforts to get code 7 I have found a clue for a later code. Perhaps the penultimate one, the only reason I say this is because the domino on the bottom left of the paper is 6:6 which matches (no pun intended) the number 10 domino.
But that 6:6 domimo appears in the source code of clue 7 which we are working on - I posted before, but nothing came of it as of yet.
check the description meta tag and you will see a 6:6 domino:
meta name="description" content="[:: :::] Visit Carniceria Guzmam!"
edited: sorry it is not posting correct - it didn't last time either. Check the source of the carniceria Guzmam page to see the domino in the description tag.

Also, thinking about it, I dont think we can access the next site without unlocking the previous video. Much like how the main site knows how many videos we have solved, I think that information unlocks the flash for the upcomming site. So things like this dont happen.

Could it be that we haven't found something we needed to in domino 6? Could be why nothing is happening with the pedro, maybe?

I'm laughing so hard..... I'll bet Guinness UK have no idea what a collective mind like UF can do. ..... difficult, smifficult...
my contributions in bold:
Tick Tock Boogie-?
Gazump Stomp-? Gazump is real estate slang for pulling a sale out from under the buyer.
Flippin' Pages- Video 4, Domino 7
Strike a Light Blues- Video 6, Domino 7
Alfajores Dub-? (COOKIES?)
Mama Pacha's Swing-? (mama pacha is mother earth)
Chorizo Blues- Video 7, Domino 10
Monkey Wrench-Video 3, Domino 11
Brassic Burnin' brassic is slang for penniless.. but it could refer to the brass weights in the mill de fenix

Well since I had so much trouble with #3 I do know that you can access the other sites before you have solved the previous puzzle it just won't let you do anything. The site remains frozen/inactive until you go in the proper order and solve the previous puzzle. I was trying to solve #4 before #3 and I didn't realize it for the longest time that's when I finally figured out that I had skipped one puzzle and when I went back and solved #3 #4's site became active and only then allowed me to use it.

Well, it has happened to 2 people already; myself and someone else when we went out of order, the website did not work - so wondering are we sure this is the right website for now? It seems like it - the spanish hams and names fit.
Also, wondering if everything is OK with their website, as on the main site I have now gotten the message:
We apologize but there were problems rendering the current page.
