Finally got a reply from Marcus to the #Ideltech chatlog I sent hem regarding Melody getting hacked:

I left so fast yesterday I never even looked back and forgot about poor Melody. I was supposed to go help her. But left town early. I am about out of money until the grant gets here so I better cut this short. I have to save enough credit card space to get home and for the hotel. Internet here is by the minute and dial up.

He said in a message responding to another question I asked him that he was going somewhere tropical for a couple of weeks.
And that he was working out employment issues of some kind I think.

Why did he run off like that?
