Thank you Misswidder10 for responding. What does the N stands for?
I think it was decided that the extra letters are just there to fill in any gaps in the code..
I am using a site to decipher them...
http://www.braingle.com/brainteasers/codes/railfence.php
the modes used so far have been Rot13, Trifid and railfence.

SPEC The satellite picture is of the Iraqi Tuwaitha Research facility that the Israelis bombed in '81. If you're on the email list that JC set up, I just sent out a screen capture from Google Earth. JC seems to have hacked into a file containing the debriefing materials that the Israelis sent over to the US intel community.

Huh? how did you come about this info? The only mailing list I know of is where you type your adress into the site red-monday.com which I did and I did not get this info yet..
P.S. Good work finding out about the satellite image.

Looked into Tuwaitha... As of 2002, the Tuwaitha facility was the only weapons complex in Iraq armed with nuclear materials. Not sure when exactly this changed, but they sure aren't there anymore; in fact, as far as I can tell, nobody's really sure where they went. (http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/s_132913.html)
It's possible they've since been recovered (that article is from 2003), but on the other hand, maybe not. Very interesting.
As to the code, very obviously a playfair cipher; I'll be looking into that. Probably just a matter of getting the right keyword.

Yep you got it! Good work. I must have tried Gabriel a hundred times on Braingle.com. The site you provided gave me these results.
