So, why would they put that on the auto reply email about Pedro being away for a few days and he will be back soon to give you some very important information. They might be stalling us.

The other thing that keeps niggling away at me is the fact that there are 6 meats on the chalk board of Guzmam's site. 6 meats surely have to equal 6 numbers some how!

My brain hurts!

yea, i dont think hes comin back. we dont need him to. we have enought info.
i agree that the 6 pictures of meat on that site are something to do with it. just not too sure wat, that site has to be to do with it as it has the domino in the source code.. ::Neutral:::

Ham

So... i can't stop thinking of HAM (which is written in the chalkboard, on the video, below the 'carniceria guzmam'). Ham in english is the same as Jamón in spanish... the only photo with the wrong grammar:

wrong: El Hamon más delicioZo
right: El Jamón más delicioSo

Going back to basics, the original letter from Juan Ramon, said "the signposts will surprise you". So far everything has been on a sign in the previous videos; so I guess that is what he was talking about in the letter? 1 sign leads to the meat site, 1 clue on chalkboard (Ham) - and we still have the hospital sign, but since it really doesn't work with the magnifying glass, I still come back to 6 meats. Ham is important and chorizo is important since it is mentioned in the code a few times.

 The home page
new message by Juan!

The home page is reacting somewhat differently now! When I click on the magnifying glass, it keeps going to different places now than it did before, and when I click on the round picture of a building over Juan's head, he speaks in Spanish, but there is no translation like before (before there was a translation about being patient or something). We need someone with spanish to see if it is the same message or not -

Edited:
Tried it again -
-when open site, goes directly to the radio area.
-click on radio with magnifying glass; click on closeup, goes right back to radio area again
-click on spinning lady picture; click on closeup, goes right back to radio area again
-clicked on tire; click on closup, goes right back to radio area again
-clicked on film reels, goes to bookshelf (right); click on closeup, goes right back to raido area again.
-clicked on big video screen, went back to radio area again.
-clicked on Juan got the message about being patient with the English translation
-clicked on round photo of building above Juan's head and got nothing - but last time I did it Juan said something in Spanish, and there was no English translation.

Can someone else try and see if the same thing happens?

Seems like they are steering us to the radio now - before it was kind of random.

Edited: New message by Juan - You have the right answer - think how to apply it! Shocked

Look at the elements of the film you have - the points are in it! Shocked

The answer you are looking for is in more that one place Shocked

He shut up he is not talking anymore (unless my computer is having a problem) will keep trying.

Sorry, scribbled as fast as I could

Also
As y know, I am an old man - I don't pretend to know the internet Shocked

and A grand treasure awaits the person who finds the path

He never said all that before - at least not for me.

Edited:
What film? The Betting one? The first video? Maybe they are just playing with us again - but it is definitely different from before.

Really - I never heard him say anything other than to be patient. Oh well, sorry then; I am so anxious to find something.

I e-mailed and never got anything back either.
I e-mailed and asked where the ham was (since at the time I didn't realize that Jamon was ham)

That would be simply too evil Evil or Very Mad

I am afraid that because of our sleuthing, the ad company is doing unexpected damage control & re working the last few clue sites. I still think Guzmam site was an intentional stall

Of course, I have been wrong before Rolling Eyes

the only reason that i thought about the email was cos all of the other sites gave u something to do to get the code and as there is no other visible clue in the vid that wud lead to another site or something then i can only assume that the butchers site is where we r supposed to look.

the only thing that i can think of on the site is that the email address, there is also nothing else oon the site that u wuc expect to find (suchh as prices or an address)

maybee u have to email with the correct inquiry

That could be true - the Guzmam site is just not the same quality as the rest of the sites - it doesn't make sense that it would be precedented by really good flash sites and then to have a simple html site that anyone could do (not a top ad agency). It also doesn't have the /# in the address bar like the rest of the sites. Has anyone looked up to see who owns the domain? Maybe it was a jokester. Those brits have a sense of humor.

Edited: Tried to check the domain, but since the address does not have www. before it, it cannot give me the info. Why would a site not have www. before it?

It does't have the /# because the commands to load the flash have not been uploaded to it yet, the source is there, just not the command to load it.

Don't get me wrong, I've still been exploring the hospedaje angle too
