Let me be clear, since some folks have a recessive humor gene:

1) As a parent and adult I do not model, nor tolerate, real harassment in the friends I choose or the way my children behave. It is not how I behave.

2) As an administrator over a few dozen people and their 70,000 client interactions/year in extremely personal circumstances I understand that, not only is harrassment not acceptable from a legal or moral standpoint, the slightest hint of impropriety can be mistaken and result in a dissatisfied, insulted customer and potential very indefensible lawsuit.

3) This is a game - a play area - and it is not real life. I am completely capable of telling the difference between the two. When I am logged in, I'm in a play place; however, when I'm standing up and walking around, it's real life. If someone (anyone) is unable to make that distinction, then they are in the wrong gaming area and should make other life choices so as to avoid the confusion that they will inherently be faced with. And we must keep them away from first-person shooter games, right?

4) Moreover, there is serious harrassment and then there is obnoxious role-playing. Folks who can't discern that Mos's exchange was simply some obnoxious, Don Rickles/Sam Kinnison trolling are far too naive to be playing an ARG character that will have to react to the extant players. For their own well-being they should then pass the job to someone who has the background and temperament to do so, since the interrelationship problem is theirs and will likely be a recurrent issue if they continue to try to play.

They may also want to visit their local physician to see if he can gently remove that foreign body from its inappropriate location.
