There was a story about the NRQZ on last night's episode of Wired Science. They interviewed Wesley Sizemore, the man who is responsible for tracking down noise offenders. The most interesting part? The truck he rides around in is named EMITT (Emmett?!) The Electro Magnetic Interference Tracking Truck. A new meaning to JD's "Emmett's coming" speech? Shocked
