right having clicked the link myself I am being asked to enter a date. I deduce the 8 relates to your own birthdate pulled through from your profile & the 1 i get is similarly from mine.

Carniceria Guzman website

Hi all,

You'll have to excuse me if this is just me being thick... but i have noticed that there appears to be 2 carniceriaguzmam.com websites! If you type carniceriaguzmam.com in to your address bar, it doesn't put the www. in front of it, like it normally does. I have gone in to the source on both homepages and have found there are differences, unfortunatly i don't know enough about source thingies to know if this is relevant. Sorry to sound soooo thick.

Cass

seems to me we have gotten ahead of ourselves. When the other "unused" sites were found what led us there? Go back to the newspaper and the juke box. Could we be missing a huge clue in there?

Also, we never had all of the radio broadcast translated. This could be another clue we've missed.

El Dorado

I found this on Wiki...

El Dorado is also sometimes used as a metaphor to represent an ultimate prize or "Holy Grail" that one might spend their life seeking. It could represent true love, heaven, happiness, or success. It is used sometimes as a figure of speech to represent something much sought after that may not even exist, or at least may not ever be found. Such use is evident in Poe's poem "El Dorado". In this context, El Dorado bears similarity to other myths such as the Fountain of Youth, Shangri-la, and to some extent the term "white whale" which refers to Captain Ahab's obsession in the book Moby Dick

Now, if prizes can be grabbed from now on, how come, Pedro Guzmam is away?

and WHY they deleted his profile in Myspace?!?!?!?!?!?

I would only believe they are not stopping us from finding this when they put the profile back, OR, if he adds me as a friend in Facebook and his profile there looks exctly the same, or even better, then it did on Myspace.

That's it, I'm fed up!

The profile picture of Pedro is an "older" man than the guy in the video with the butcher's apron on - (and the arrow pointing at him). I am thinking it is Pedro's son. Do we know his name? I am thinking the arrow might be key too. When you put the magnifying glass over the arrow, it clearly is pointing to the guy in the butcher's apron, but his face/hair is too young to be Pedro.

IF THIS IS CORRECT, PERHAPS IF THEY CHANGE SOME OF PEDRO'S WEBPAGE THE FLASH CHALLENGE MAY LIE WITHIN THE FAMILIA GUZMAM SECTION AND RELATE TO HIS SON.

I noticed that when I was trying to find the domain owner - and the whosis would not take the one without the www, only the one with the www. would come up as registered and when I entered it without the www it would come up as an error.

Edited: I checked the code and they are identical.

Getting Fed Up
Getting Fed Up

I hate to say this as it means i have wasted the last 4 days of mt life but I think we have possibly to wait.

I have noticed a real increase in the amount of Ads for the game online today.

I think we may have been part of the test launch and that this puzzle wont be solveable until guiness have enough intrest it is afterall a marketing campaign.

I think with the increase in adds today and the Myspace now online it will be soon.

Has anyone looked at this web site?

http://www.eldorado.org.ar/

It seems too complicated to be true and though I have found Guinness and domino pictures on the link at bottom right like the one on S. Ramon's wall but no numbers.

It may just be a real web site, but a bit weird if it is!

If anyone following this link gets anything could they thank me by tipping me of first please at sjcwsourcingSPLATgmail.com

Thanks

PS My at symbol in my email prints as SPLAT for some reason

Interest in the Guinness Game
Number of Registered users

I have been watching the "Community" number next to the Search function on the Main Game Site - Currently over 25,000 - the biggest influx came last Friday, when it was only in the 3000 range. C'mon Guinness, isn't 25,000 registered players enough, let's get it on.
