I like "overnight" as a title, I guess, but isn't going to grab people as an action/monster attack movie unlike, say "Alien" (a recent and hard to guess entry in the unfiction movie guessing game) did. Overnight seems equally suited for some romance film.

I'm not sure they have to have the trademark approved before they use it. I think the application would give them a priority to subsequent claims. I am sure they researched any competing claims - overnite? - before they filed.

Indeed I had noticed in my last visit to the Wikipedia article that Blake Lively is still listed in the cast, and that Odette Jasmin seems to crop up there too (probably due to IMDB 'faithful' supporting their mistatement).
I've found that Wikipedia on many topics does better at accuracy than this, but then this IS a movie and not a much more thoroughly documented matter of history or scientific truth one can readily test through their own reproduction of results.
IMDB, well...
They are also better at documenting things anyone can verify for themselves, but what proof of skill is that?

Rose, you're right too, I didn't mean to suggest that they couldn't use it, but more that I don't think they actually will publicly release it until they've got all their ducks in a row.
