9 PM EST WEDNESDAY

So. It sounds like people want a PM chat? After some conversation about it, we're thinking maybe 9 PM EST* on Thursday the 8th Wednesday the 7th. Any big issues with that?

Same format as last time, I guess...lemme know your questions (PM here on the forum or a PM in chat before we start) and I'll queue you up. I'll call on you, you ask a question, and they answer it. If everyone can play nice, like they did last time, we'll leave it open, but if people start being chatty, then we'll have to quiet it down.

*Which means:
3 AM [Thu 8th] in Paris, Berlin, and Rome
2 AM [Thu 8th] in London and Casablanca
9 PM in NYC, Boston, DC, Orlando, Atlanta, Cleveland, and Detroit
8 PM in Chicago, Milwaukee, St Louis, Houston, Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Dallas
7 PM in Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Billings
6 PM in San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Vancouver
5 PM in Anchorage
4 PM in Honolulu
3 PM in Auckland
1 PM in Sydney and Melbourne
etc etc etc

That depends on what you mean by can't. If you mean that you simply don't have an IRC client, you can use the java client found here.

If you mean that you have a connection that blocks the required ports, you can still try a cgi-irc client like www.ircatwork.com. That should work from anywhere you can browse the internet (although sometimes the maximum number of connections to irc.chat-solutions.org are taken on there, but if you point it to a server in particular, like stardust.chat-solutions.org, it's often okay).
