i'm passing along a request from 2c. please keep in mind this is a request, this is NOT a rule, he could not stress this enough...

"please be careful when posting your telephone number in public places... although everyone knows my voice, no-one has heard the 3s yet, and it would be easy for korp or another party to pose... and that would not be good... this is NOT a rule, people are free to do what they want... but please be careful..."

this is not entirely verbatim, but the point he was making is there.
