A Night For the Children
My name is Seth Brown. I am a missionary from the United States of America. In the spring of 2007 I was sent to Africa by The Cause to work with local missionaries in the field. I went expecting to change the lives of Africans; I found out shortly after arriving that I was the person to be forever changed.

Many kids in America happily play in well manicured parks and ride expensive bicycles around their lavish, family friendly neighborhoods. They are likely to wake up in soft beds, eat fine foods and go to astounding schools and yes, many kids in America have the luxury of having a Mother and Father to love, encourage, support and raise them. My eyes were opened to a whole new world the first time I set foot onto the islands of Lake Victoria, Uganda, Africa.

This was a place where AIDS has unashamedly killed hundreds of thousands of men, women and children; it leaves behind its merciless path the potential to drown the destinies and dreams of the majority. In a land where corruption for dishonest gain sets the standard for society, a small orphanage in the heart of Uganda's Lake Victoria brings to reality the power of a living God.

lol at the couple of 'deep' references in the top banner, is this Teddy's cause, if so why is jamie stripping for a christian missionary? As usual more questions than answers. Probably oog, but I think we need a 'The Cause' thread anyway.
