Seems to lack a lot of detail, not much text or anything such. Tagurato was so well done, as well as slusho!, so I would have to go with OOG.

No
They copied most of it from Tagruato.jp
Most of their buttons are dead, and they would never upload the site if it weren't finished (especially since they knew we were looking for it, slusho they didn't know).

Maybe I'm computer illiterate, but isn't the IP location of slusho.jp located in Arizona?

IP location is based on the server's location physically where it's being hosted. Whois data for registration is based on the physical location of the person or other entity that owns the site. Whois data doesn't tell you where the site is served from.
Someone with ambition can go find the server and it's IP info, I'm setting up my new Mac mini!
At least on this site, they didn't use the incorrectly dated info from boldfutura.jp. They did make another mistake...
Tagruato lists Bold Futura as a subsidiary. This site lists Tagruato as a client of Bold Futura, as well as the other subsidiaries. That's not how companies under one umbrella corporation work and refer to their structure.

Bingo. This was the proof to me that its a blatant fake, Kinda like .jp. (boldfutura.jp for its use of flash temps instead of just making a site on their own).

I think what Kraker is saying is that Tagruato is registered by a .jp company but hosted in Arizona by godaddy.com. Anyone can buy a domain and host it anywhere. If you remember the first boldfutura (jp) was registered by a .jp company and hosted by godaddy and it proved to be fake. It doesn't seem to matter where a domain is bought or hosted as to its creditability.

Boldfitura.org doesn't list Tagruato as a subsidiary it does list them under its clients, which isn't unusual at all for large conglomerates. Many large companies have their parent corporation as clients, it allows them to keep track of their accounting procedures and makes for a better balance sheet.
PS sorry for the quick second post, I would have put them together but I have too many brain farts!
