With Godzilla, no one cared about the people (even if it was built around them) you only cared about Godzilla... in this movie, i guess you're suppsoed to care/pay attention to the people you're following...


Obviously The characters need to work. There has to be some chemistry. The interaction between them need to be believable. I just dont think we NEED a showstopping performance from the actors. I think the film works even if the characters are mediocre. Asuming the majority of the movie will have our characters scared, frieghtened, and in a panic, I think the writing and situations will be more important than stellar acting performance.

I havent seen the film obviously, for all I know these guys are great actors. My point is just I dont think this movie NEEDS amazing actors to carry this film and make it entertaining.

agreed. but I think this is trying to be more than just a action/monster flick...

 		Looks like the silhouette on the far right gets punched/stabbed/??? in the gut, causing him to stagger forward and emit an audible grunt. The grunt sounds like an adult male, but what is the source of the screaming, it doesn't sound human. And why is the man in the foreground oblivious?

This is definitely one of the most interesting scenes in the trailer. Hard to tell really what is going on, at least until we get our hands on the HD version.

 		in the blackbook article lizzy caplan confirms once and for all that it is two different girls in that photo and that she is one of them and that jessica lucas is the other..

now onto making new absurd speculations regarding this new trailer..
