 		its not a laser beam... its the light falling from the ceiling... before the window explodes look up and u'll see a beam light bulb... and then when the glass shatters it falls...

 		i thought so too but if u look at the whole scene u can tell its a light bulb... true its a big long light bulb but its a light bulb...

Honestly, I'm glad it isn't, a laser beam on the monster would take away the "believability" of it all.

 		i took a few screen caps going as close as i could to frame-by-frame on my laptop, i couldn't get a clear one of the beheading, but its deff. a beheading...

i put a red square around the item i was looking at to make me take these shots, in order, first is of the supossed monster between the buildings, the next is of something in the doorway with what looks to be a corkscrew for a hand or in hand, and the last is of what looks like something with a big saw for a hand, and its the scene of where jamie(i think, some blonde) and lena (whoever had the blackbook earlier) and you see the first one run by and then this thing comes out of the shadows

 		the screen cap that marlena is in... the red square...thats lily... its really hard to tell but i saw it was her specifically...

edit: thats most likely when picture 1 of 1-18-08 was taken... i think thats when they cry a lot...
