anybody wanna have a little fun? so am i the only late night guy here on teh forums?...i frequent a lot of them, but this one seems a bit slow on the graveyard shift.
anyway....i was thinking just because we are pass engers, does that mean we have to take a passive role between card releases? After all, they said that the path is not predetermined, that our involvement will effect the outcome.
Where in the ARG rules does it say that we cant make a brain teaser or two and send it to the deck, make them chase their tale in the rabbit hole for a while.
if anybody else is intrerested let me know, ill just end up doing it by myself anyway.

I am all for this.
Though I can't help much, my brain is a bit weak. However, if you want to make it pretty with art, I'm your giiiirrrllll~

yay art!! i used to think i was going to be an artist....then i realized how much more money i coud make as an engineer.
im thinking we should try to make something in the same vein as the puzzles theyre using...
so, i think im pretty good with puzzles/art, an youre another great artist...what we really need here is somebody that knows their way around code. Im OK in C++ but my html is non existant.

I know art and html, and I coincedentally was obsessed with those text based adventure puzzle games as a kid. Remember Zork? Ahh, the memories... There was one that reminded me OH so much of this, give me a few days to find a way for everyone to play it and I'll see if I can make an upload. Anyway, back on topic. Let me know how I can help.
To what end do you intend on creating a game for the cards? I'm sure they'd appreciate it, but how cryptic can we be that it would matter? I think we have to wait until the proper opportunity for this to have a chance to have a purpose, and I'm sure we'll know it the moment we see it.
I have a feeling the chance will come with 2D.

I think the message at the end should be "I love monkeys"

yeah, im not really sure how far to take it, or to what end...but i definatly think that making a few well edited cryptogams could only add to the gameplay experience.
right now i suggest that anybody interested try to make some cool looking art work to startout. I think we should all stay within a general theme...say the four suits.
Im not sure how, but i have a feeling that each passenger's alligence to their particular suit might be important later in the game...just my guess tho.
anyway, like i said, work on some images, or on a cryptogram with some relevance to the game so far...share your experience. I feel that its really important that all of this be done in character. ill be more than happy to help if anybody wants to collaborate on a piece.
I feel that my loyalties lie with the spades/chaos so im going to explore that in my piece...
im excited to hear everybody elses ideas.

My loyalties are everywhere... even with the Koporation.
:O
Some pro-korp propaganda should be included.

i say the only rule is to stay in character...in game. if a passenger wants to support the corp, go right ahead...just makes things more interesting.

Hm. I could actually try something like this out. I got a game engine that I really like to test (I was using it to create some serious games, but got stalled due to some problems). However, I doubt that I can succed in making such a game.

I told 2C that I couldn't just blindly follow either the deck or the Korp and he told me not to make any decisions just yet. My loyalties are still up for grabs.

I went on a rant about my relations with the Korp, and I think I may have scared him a bit because he called me right after. XD

I guess I've already been doing this a bit - my acrostic was a puzzle for 2c, and some of our emails have included little ones. Lots of fun!

A game engine doesn't necessarily need to create a game, it can simply create a virtual world we can explore. Honestly, I think we should explore what we could do with this, it has SO much potential. Imagine creating and designing SilverLadder studios where we could explore and find hints and make actual art galleries.

First, what is the difference between your "character" in SilverLadder and your actual self? Is there a difference? Should there be a difference? There are no rules here, how can we say exploring K orp is anything but what a passenger should be doing? Some of us like Loli for example believe it's a passengers duty to explore every option due to a ton of evidence that says everything is correct and everything is incorrect. See what Splenda said for example, it's too early to take sides when we're not even sure if there are sides.[/quote]

weeeelllll.....I had a idea of something I'd love to send in to 2c:
he wanted a picture of us with a 2 of clubs, correct? he didn't say what kind of picture, except that there had to be a smile in it.
I thought about maybe putting a smiley face sticker in the center of a 2c card, with a knife going right through the center. I was going to send it in to him just to see what it would do....any supporters on this? maybe use a shock tactic?
