Wanting to visually compare the images on http://www.rubordernevermore.com/test.swf to those on areyouaborder.com from the swf file on the latter, without thinking, I added test.swf to areyouaborder and looky here.

http://areyouaborder.com/test.swf

The order is the same as http://www.rubordernevermore.com/test.swf

Perhaps this is how we were meant to find this, by adding the "test.swf" found in the previous page's (ajkin) source code.
id="test" is in the source code of http://areyouaborder.com/ too

Ok, I'm beginning to see a pattern. The previous page helps to advance the current one.
test.swf in ajkin's sc --->gives more slides on ayab
Beale, the artist who did these slides, shares the name with a cryptologist, whose code was used to solve bhrc's Lucan/Morse code.

the test.swf appears to be different. but it cycles. watch it all the way through 2-3 times, it has at least 2 unique sets of picture orders.

wow driz, that test page is really strange.. if you let it run through a few times it gets even weirder..

the first run through doesnt have the gold scene

then the images start mixing up more and more as you wait..

the angels in one scene become black angels..

Noting which side of the screen the raven is on is:
R-R-L-R-L-R-L-L-R-R-L-R-L
converting that to right=dot and left=dash gives
..-.-.--..-.-
translates to
URGENT
As far as I can tell, it doesn't work as a password nor a url extension.
Interesting coincidence?
Cruel irony? Wink

edit: reversed the dash and dot.

hi all, i am new this site and have been playing "catch up" it surely will be a time consuming venture that has certainly got me interested.

after reading the replies in this thread regarding the images, i noted the angels that went from white to black, could be as simple that the picture was "inverted/negative"?

please bear with me!

Same here. Very new to this site and ARG but thought I'd add a couple things I noticed from the AYAB site that tie directly to the Jericho universe.

1. Raven - obviously RAVENWOOD

2. The globe the raven flies away with appears to be the same as the one that appears in the Jennings & Rall logo (see http://www.jenningsandrall.com )

3. Regarding the potential significance of the time - suppose the time is a 2 not a 1. The time of 9:02 is VERY significant to Jericho as that is the time the EMP went off.

Just a few things i noticed but don't know where or if they fit.

The html page on blackhillsradiocontrol.com is called dearther. After days of pondering this, I suddenly thought that it was an anagram for "Red Earth", which is the password on ayab.

Enter it, and you see the raven fly away with the earth...

...and then...

...Nothing.

Huh?

AYAB is much shorter than www.areyouaborder.com Smile You might also see BHRC for Black Hills Radio Control or even J&R for Jennings and Rall. Welcome to uF, Duncan Smile

When I played with the link from Poe I got two different cut scenes One with the Earth, the other with an Eye. So we now have "earth eye". What is an Earth eye, a satellite?

[spec]
red orb

so i'm EXTREMELY new to all of this, but i've spent the past several hours perusing the ayab mysteries. i've read the posting guidelines, but still am not quite sure i'm following protocol.

anyway, i know someone has found the 'RED EARTH' anagram, but i have trouble believing the ayab link ends there.

when i read this i thought, well, the earth and eye are both frequently referred to as 'orbs' in poetry. which led me to 'red orb,' following the 'red' pattern we've seen so far. and then i realized that 'red orb' is an anagram of border. which got me...nowhere.

was wondering if anyone thought this a useful/interesting train to follow? sorry for the amateur post.

Speculation is ALWAYS valuable, kimstaff. It is the fuel for the hive mind. More times than not, in these pursuits, that little push was the key needed to make something "click" for fellow players who took the idea to the next step.

Actually it seemed to me as if the only code needed was "red" all by itself!

Jennings and Rall History/About Us top header image
Code in picture

Not sure if anyone has found this or not yet, but if you take the top photo from this page and enlarge it, you will see the acronym AFFRI embedded in the photo. This acronym relates to the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute. Interesting.
