i think these still are all without a lot of the digital effects that they will have when on film, for example making it look like night, etc.

i think this new information gives some credibility to a supposed scene that was floating around a while back where there were survivors making their way down the street, a girl gets attacked, latter they get to a military type station of some sort and the line "she's been bitten!' was quoted when she is sick and bleeding from eyes then chaos. this is where the line 'don't know but its winning' was also originally quoted.
there was another scene that make me think of this in the trailer when they are like 'what is that?' and you here something approaching, Marlena is right there so maybe this is when she gets attacked, it would be cool if in actual movie right after where trailer cuts something jumps her.
sorry i don't have original post of speculated scene, i couldn't find it but i know its out there.

EVIL, did you edit that slowed down 'exploding' clip?
if not it definitely looks like her body really expands like she's going to burst and explode (hopefully into more little monsters)

totally looks like exploding and on rewatching trhe grisily noises during it remind me of slither when the woman exploded full of worm monsters

also the 'arm' on the left does look strange i quess it could also maybe be one guy in hazmat trying to pull her away from a monster and she gets ripped apart or monster 'injects' her?

Maybe the woman had 7 Slusho's.

Some type of substance secreted by the monster (sweat, vomit or some other substance) landed on her skin, causing an chemical reaction with the slusho in her stomach. The Slusho expands like vinegar and baking soda, her midsection explodes spraying everyone with her bloody entrails. Laughing
