I gotta say, all I see is smoke. I've read posts of people saying they can see legs and what not, but I honestly see nothing but moving smoke.
I'm totally with you on this. I actually can't comprehend how anyone is seeing anything other than smoke there. Unless the "monster" is constantly changing shape and reflecting light that comes from directions other than in front of it, it's smoke...

The large, green monster in the shot is the monster. It is moving behind a building.
I honestly don't know how to help any more than that.

I think not-smoke is visible Please check my post at the end of the previous page I didn't think they'd actually put anything "monstrous" in the trailer, but I think my "steady cam" trick does show something in there, more than smoke.

Then explain why the top of the "monster" moves behind the building while the bottom part seems to kind of stay in one place moving back and forth slightly. Or why it doesn't reappear on the other side of the building. Or why it looks so undeniably like smoke.
Oh wait, you're right. It's the monster. Just like that fuzz between the two girls in that pic on 1-18-08.com. And it's totally Voltron...

SOL head again There's something organic in the shot for certain, but i guess any speculation we make about it would be subject to change. The SOL head rolling down Broadway is a prime example. Now that they've had a chance to clean up and do more work in post, that scene, and the CGI on the head looks absolutely awesome. Just have to wait and see.

To make the image more stable, you'd need to align the frames based on something that is consistent in size and location. I know I could do this sort of thing in PSD format in Photoshop, by having each frame as a layer and setting each successive layer's (frame's) transparency down to as low as 50% so I could align the 'anchor point'. I'd suggest that the light flare on the lower left is in a good location, constant, and is always 'in frame'.
If I could get the original frames as images, or at least a gif generated from the frames 1:1, I could attempt this myself.

First, person who steadied the image somewhat, you are awesome.
SECOND:
I see where people are getting a "head" type shape down at the bottom, but what I'm seeing looks like at least one digitigrade or insect-type leg stepping forward (cleverly indicated here with the text LEG?) with another one potentially following. Going against the "it's just smoke" theory, the red-lined green part towards the top of the frame seems to move forward to the right in tandem with LEG? I'm not sure what said green bit IS, though. Could be the back of the head, or something just randomly sticking off the back of the monster, or part of an arm -- no idea. But that's what I see when I look at it!
Edited to note: LEG kind of seems to recoil downward as it moves behind the the building, as if it's taking the creature's weight.

Actually even from the relatively crude animation generated here, the movement of what are almost certainly legs indicate more of a quadrapedal movement than bipedal.
Methinks this thing's got at least 4 legs.

It looks like there could still be a lot of mass moving forward behind the legs (if those are legs) which almost makes me think of the water bear thing. My redlines are dinosaur-like, but there are a couple've ways of looking at it even if the leg placement is vaguely correct.
AS FOR MONSTER ART, NEEDS MOAR PINK.
Edit: Haha. Euchre beat me!
