I wouldn't say it's claw marks for sure. Only two lines and not parallel. That could be anything really. It could be a claw, but it may be some debris too. To me is nore revealing the fact that they're blocking the door. Either from little monster or from some human threat. Maybe the army is out to get everyone who didn't evacuated in time and treat them as infected, probing them with drills?

Ark, just calls em like i see em. Speaking of drills, pretty strange, but we'll probably never even hear about the work Tagruato is doing in ocean excavation in movie, yet here are drills playing a part again.

i think that's the door handle on the opposite side of the door.. if what you're seeing is the bright object at the exact height of the door handle..

Another anal observation. I think we finally see one of the cameras that may have actually been used to shoot the movie.

TJ Miller (Hud) in the center of the scene is holding what appears to be a larger digital camera. You can see the lens hood and a cable coming off the right side of the camera (left side of image). Look for something that looks like this:
