In the source of the seizure-inducing page is this tantalizingly titled url: http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee250/nxnfun/therealrabbithole.png

I'm attaching the image. Maybe it's binary?

I have a hunch that the iseeit.htm page was for people who typed in that url as a guess. The freewebs /iseeit/ images all seem to have something to do with sight and otherwise seem random, although I suppose they could be stegged.

I think is a type of barcode. I remember something like this at the beginning of Shroud 1 i believe.

That LJ account is also the maintainer of a community. Nothing there yet but that may change.
