Everybody is missing that those guys in blue are the little monsters taking Marlena away for a snack!
I mean really, the report by Devin Faraci confirmed that the shot with the silhouette of a woman was being attacked by a monster:

Don't you guys think that this assumed spoiler about the Lena's death is TOO big, for a film that count soooo much on the surprise and on the mistery about the plot and the story till the very end? OK, the evidences are big, but i don't know, it doesn't convince me at all. Anyway, If i lose something and it is a -in some way- confirmed thing, i apologize .

through playing this ARG, they are kinda like friends now, friends on myspace and knowing that they are going to be gonig through hell, its too much

JJ hasn't told us nearly enough to make the whole story 'spoiled'. We still aren't told where the monster exactly came from, how it gets to NYC, and the means it uses to destroy things. Based on the video being 'found' at the 'site', we can pretty well presume it wasn't handed to them by one of our Slusho 7. Face it, our whole cast will probably be dead. That being established right off in the beginning of the trailer, showing us one of them popping like a raging zit isn't a 'spoiler', it's actually quite the enticement to see more.

People popping like King William the 1st's funeral, now that's a great theatrical element!
