Does anyone else think the top half looks slightly eel-like?

So we're looking at the monster, but which part? I can't make out anything aside from a ball of flesh.

I had to lurk this site before I go to school.
That's definitely our monster...
but does anyone think it resembles the new Godzilla
(I'm not sayin it is Godzilla)...
but it looks very reptilian...

A little bit. Which is a shame because thats what I was dreading. I really hope that there's something that makes it look unique, like, I dont know, a long neck with gills?

Sort of a mottled, slimy look to it. Which would fit the bill for possibly half of the known aquatic life-forms in the world. What bothers me is the soft(or hard) extension at the rear of the shoulders/head. Looks like some of the movement in the second or two we see it is from that particular piece. There's reference to a Stan Winston model in the who's designing the creature thread, with a great pic of an unknown creature that would sort of fit the bill for what we can make out here.

Haha. Winnar?
Still looks like a leg there at the bottom, though from the joints visible it could be a T-Rex style as outlined or more of an arthropod-type leg if the thing is walking backwards in this shot. Maybe it'll be a bit easier to tell when the apple version comes out and I can pause to screenshot properly.
The back looks almost like a leathery sort of shell, which recalls some types of water turtle, for me, or maybe back to the arthropod thing. Plz do not be a giant clam, Cloverfield Monster.
Edit: Edited to note (unhelpfully) that I am also reminded of a frog's butt.

Yes, the screen shot above is the best "view" of the biggie.
There are several images before and after, by scrolling back and forth on the HD trailer, but there is only 1 shot that isn't blurry and that's it.
Upon review - it would appear that the "head" of the thing is looking up, almost towards the top of the building it's knocking into. But the big news (to me) is what the head looks like. Can anyone else see the definite whale-like appearance that I do? Tubular head. Long, flat "chin". It definitley has a whale head. Possibly a shark head, but no gaping teeth. Is that a small eye on the side of the head, too?
Ok, feel free to bash, but that's what the large HD version looked like to me.

There's actually a few frames where the monster is clearly visible. I thought that was the head at first too, but in all the other shots it looks like a completely different part of the body, so I'm completely on the fence still.

I've isolated the portion of the video where they show the monster, steadied the camera (HUD is a horrible cameraman at times, lol) and tried my best to clear up some of the frames. I've thrown it all into a flash animation and uploaded it to photobucket. Check it out, I think you can absolutely see legs moving and some 'ridges' like bones or an exo-skeleton on the underbelly:

(Working on getting it uploaded to Youtube right now)
And here is the Youtube link (not best quality):

I also uploaded the shockwave file here , and this might be the best quality one.
