I didnt like that shaking of the camera so PAINSTAKING centered each frame from the previous animated GIF.

I used the light pole as a fixed position and came up with this:

Creat Idea on the forward and reverse and stedy video! Can you loop that so it repeats itself over and over forward and reverse without clicking play?

I'm sorry Headman, I actually didn't do it, but watch the video in the post above yours. The turtle-like shell is clearly visible, Like I said before, it just looks like. It's pretty obvious that it's there, but it doesn't mean that it's a turtle.

salsaking; Nice man. It's almost like, well, it is walking. I'm wanting to say a armadillo for some reason. Don't ask why, I just get that in my head when I see the monster.

Stilled down to that degree, the rapid forward movement of the legs without much weight thrown down with each step looks fairly insect-like.

I'm beginning to wonder of the shaky-cam isn't actually needed to get a solid idea of how it moves, though. Some of the shaking might be impact tremors from the things footsteps. ...Or something. Makes sense in my head!

The camera is shaking because he's running across the road to get into the subway and just happened to walk through a battlefield.

Its a water bear! Or at least thats one idea.

Think of looking at it head on, and it moving sideways.

Judging by the leg movements if we're looking at it from the front, it's like a giant crab, but the posture of its legs show it moving forward.

True, but they may not be legs. Could be claws as sOuLii put it. Or simply nothing.

Actually scratch the crab and turtle theories I had; I don't think they have claws that could put the mark on the SoL shown in the movie poster.

Looks insect like to me. The lower part of the leg bends back like that.

It's definitely not a waterbear, it's definitely not facing us. Sorry.

Insect-like is probably the best guess.
