[SPEC] Blue blood on Rob's shirt? n/m ... it's red...

In that last pic, it kind of looks like the Kool Aid guy, and it looks like a teddy bear in the second-to-last pic. Not really helpful, I know, but I'm totally at a loss for explaining what that is. It seriously looks like a face to me. Seeing as Rob's not exactly looking too worried by it, it probably has little to do with the monster's method of infecting people. As Lena hasn't died yet, it probably also won't be a direct result of her going splat near him. Maybe the military uses blue ink to keep tab of the uninfected/refugees? Or maybe he just has the bad luck of being chased through the paint section of a Home Depot?

If Marlena got bitten or something and then taken to the military camp, they got away from the tiny monster one way or another (if they exist). Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't some fish have green blood because they have copper in their blood instead of iron? Maybe Rob killed/injured a small monster in an attempt to escape.

I always assumed it was blood but looking at it, on his right shoulder, it looks almost identical to HUD's stain or whatever on his left shoulder...

Well if a large monster attacked the city and was counter attacked it would inevitably bleed. The blood could be from this as blood would be all over the city. What we know from Predator is that "if it bleeds we can kill it" and if the monster, or monsters, was bleeding it would most likely retreat as it was incurring more injuries. There is also the chance it was spatter from our now infamous exploding people, but human blood would not remain this color if exposed to oxygen or diluted by water. It is more likely that this isn't blood at all and is just a stain from something that he got while tryijng to escape.. be it ink, food, slusho, juice.. anything

It's probably just mud.
A common technique for shooting nightime scenes, since it's very difficult to get a clear shot at night, is to shoot during the day with a blue gel on the lens. That gel might give the impression that the mud is blue.

if you look at 1:06 where you see it on the front of his shirt, there's three holes in a triangle pattern right in the center of the "blood."

In the beginning of the trailer when Rob comes to the party, the stripes on his shirt are red, then later they appear blue so I'm assuming it is the lighting that makes the red look blue, therefore it is a red spot on his shirt, possibly blood.
