I googled the serial # and got a blog post by a guy in Portugal who wrote a verification algorithm for the US $5 bill. I don't know if different denominations have different types of serial #s, but this # seems to be a valid one for a $5 bill. Could be the PM just plucked that # as a realistic one. Also, the $100 bill looks awfully crisp and new, but it's not one of the new color ones.

EDIT: Upon rereading, doesn't really sound denomination-specific.

what i meant about the serial is that it is on two lines. is that normal? Canadian serial numbers are on teh back of our bank notes, not the front, and are all on one line.

could it be leekspeak again? the second line could be extrapolated into KILL....or am i reading too much into it?
