I think it may be a trick of the light. Look at when the hazmat guy 'punches' the girl, his arm goes right across, past her and graps the other guys wrist/hand.

I agree. I don't see why he'd have any reason to punch her anyways. Definitely looks like he's grabbing the other guy's arm.

here, i made this a second ago, it shows pretty clearly that the two guys in suits are holding one of her arms each and just trying to get her to go somewhere, then they both turn to look at her as she....well expands

There is definitely some expansion going on there. Now whether or not it occurs in the movie is still potentially up for debate. I wouldn't put it past the creators to be exercising some misdirection here

If you look closely he's on the computer. Even though that has nothing to do with it. Like I've said before, I just think they have seen so much of it. So, they just aren't affected by it as much anymore and the Hazmats are just going through the reutine of people aslpoding

Just to touch on something regarding the theory of her blowing up, or more specifically, being filled up or bursting; I'd like to throw this out there:

The idea of her filling up with anything - seems to me this would happen only if all other exits from the body were "plugged". Even if the center of the growth or whatever starts inside the stomach/intestines, it would either exit through the esophagus, the other end, or if it couldn't exit, the stomach/intestine would pop and she'd probably collapse from the pain.

Now, if the center of the growth or w'ev is outside of the stomach/intestine, then again, the physical matter will try to fill any crevice inside the body, this means pushing up on the rib cage, pushing down on the pelvic bone, etc. Again, way to much pain for to walk, stand, or even scream.

However, to disprove my own skepticism, she is bleeding from the eyes and mouth. Maybe the nose too, can't tell on the ears, so...

From all the hints so far, one would think that people would get the idea that seabed's nectar and Slusho have an intregal part in the movie. Seabeds nectar reacts due to the creatures presence. Is seabead's nectar the creatures eggs? They are now hatching? Is it something that just reacts to the creature and expands? Imo the hazmat folks know (knew) about this, and are trying to contain whatever it is.

But there is so many hints dropped about turning into a whale on the slusho site.. well, to me at least, it's fairly obvious. "Am I a whale?"

I think someone said something to the effect that maybe hazmat guy to the right is being pulled or possibly defending himself from a possible creature/growth. (-_- possibly...) Unless it's been debunked or a trick of light, as you guys say, I could make out what appears to be a clear like tentacle between the girl and hazmat-right. At least I agree with anyone who would share that opinion. Still, this scene is all about speculation at this point.

Don't know if this has been said. But...

What if it wasn't the girl we are thinking of. Cause in the trailer, I believe there is a point where Rob and the others get a tour of one of the places/camps where the Military is. What if they were just passing along and got a glimpse of it happening....Crap, lost my train of thought. Well, yea, maybe they were just walking by and shot it with the camera. Then the dude in the trailer tells them to shut the camera down cause they are seeing/recording to much.

I unno. I could so see that as being it, just them walking. Cause from the way it looks, it's like they turn back to almost do a double take of what the frack they just saw going on.

Hmm, is it just me, or is there some sort of claw thingy between Hazmat L and the expanding woman? Here, take a look for yourselves. This happens before she expands, mind you. And if anyone has already posted this, sorry.
