Considering that Bold Futura is a legal entity (they did trademark "Overnight"), I imagine they might have some claim. Not that they would bother...

A new fake Bold Futura website is up again today.
Bonus points to whoever can find the template they used this time...

You are really fast to call it a Fake, CloverfieldClues....
It´s nice that they are back.
It connects to Tagruato and Akaparallax.
IF it is a fake, I wonder why the Faker will spend so much time in it. Boredom?
For WHAT is the Site... weird.
It is as same useless as the Tagruato Site.
What will the Tagruato Site have to do with the Cloverfield Movie?
... ah, and Congratulations for the right Choice for your Site from the Beginning: Cloverfield Clues.
I love your Site. The Informations there are by a really "deep" quality.

Obviously another template that was not fully edited before the site was made live.
A lot of the pictures are setup to be links but go nowhere.
Tagruato still doesn't link to it.
Will this guy ever give up?

I know, has anyone noticed that it still says #scene_1 in the link if you click on any of the site tabs, he did'nt even remove it off the template he was using. this guy must of spent soo much on this over time.

I really hope that s/he isnt spending money on these templates...
hopefully they already owned them.
It may be a design company, and they already had the templates. Because they're about $65 a pop... and if they've already done 3 websites, plus the registration/hosting, they're probably down about $200+... and for what?
I could see if they wanted to laugh at us for believing them... but it backfired, and now they're the laughing stock...

I doubt these templates were bought. I think they were downloaded as complete Flash sites from the samples and decompiled. If not that they are probably in some way stolen, either through some exploitation of the ordering/download system or using stolen credentials.

I agree. If the motive of the site is to mislead us, it is reasonable to assume they would mislead others in the process.

It doesn't make any sense why they keep trying to publish the site. Ignorance runs rampant!!! Let's hope this is the end for
Bold
Fake Futura.

i don't think we will be seeing much more with bold futura. im not exactly a computer whiz so if someone can look into this further by all means please do...
if you check the page source for the page you will find this at the very top
"<DOCTYPE>"
so i went to the link there...
http://www.w3c.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd
and it shows me an error saying something about site forbidden due to abuse
so....ya....do wat you will with this info
As was more or less touched upon already, that's just the doctype declaration, which is pretty standard for anyone making a half-@$$ or better website. As to the link, that's supposed to link to the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) standards for Loose XHTML (as opposed to HTML, Strict XHTML, or XML).

The answer my friend,
is blowing in the wind
... at the top of page 15 , and three posts up from yours.
The site went live (for the third time) on Nov 7th, and went "black" on Nov 9th.

Boldfutura.jp is just black. BoldFutura.org has content, but it's completly different from the jp site. As far as IG I haven't a clue. I did find something in the news section of their site that talks about deep sea water being used as a food and beverage source and their exploration in that area. I posted this in another section, but here is the link: http://boldfutura.org/news.htm
