Honestly, that is not a very complicated image at all...a novice could whip that up in an hour or so. A more experienced user could do it in half the time.


Agreed. If I had the source pics it wouldn't take but maybe 20 minutes to do.


All the source picture were found on the first page of a google image search.

 		Hmm so there is a possibility of it being OOG. But what about actually hacking the website, and bringing it down. How hard would it be to do that?

even if those are the source images which they do look very close. the artist still would have had to freedraw some parts which could take longer.

i dunno this just doesnt seem OOG to me.

 		i mean, from the tips on how to identify OOG sites on the Despoiler wiki, this doesn't seem OOG.

but- think what you will. We have no way of knowing until further developments.

 		It appears that someone did this on the fly, because the image change while we were all looking at it this morning. I have two different versions saved myself. Are there more?

 		Yeah it appears that if anything WHOEVER did this, used those photos as a referrance for hand drawing the critters. None of these are photoshopped directly from the image source obviously. What search word for the images did you use, Walrus? What order did the images show up in? Possibly the same order as the Roman Numerals have them listed?

 		hmm even the wave shows on the first page image search for "wave" lol Well I don't know if this debunks it as OOG really, but it brings to mind other questions like...

Did they use such easy to find pics on purpose or is it really just some decently skilled hijacker-hacker screwing with us?

If it is IG then why WOULD they use those pics? To throw us off the trail or are we supposed to find something else?

 		yeah but we would've eventually found it out for ourselves... we would've looked for updates and found'em... i have a really hard time thinking its OOG... i cant believe tagruato.jp could get hacked into... idk...

Also im a graphic designer and thats a professional image, its made to look like that but its professional in so many ways. its part of the experience, i believe it will lead all the way up to the movie, complete with an accident at sea and alot of i told you soo..s. And just think about it... what movie in history had people going like we are right now? it so insane, its amazing, revolutionary, ground breaking, etc... its to make it feel more real, like we are a part of the whole thing, thats what makes the movie rock even harder.

-are you one of us? <<<Thats means just that, it means are you involved with this whole experience? anyone going to see this movie that isnt involved on message boards etc.. like we are will be missing so much of the whole experience... am i alone in my opinion? i dont think so, i really dont.

 		As for why the images are so easy to find... remeber that IF this is IG (andf I beleive it is) then the site was hacked by IG hackers.

IG hackers would be people who WANT the world to see the images, and who (IG) probably don't think about things like using original source pics or hiding their source pics.

Hackers usually use common things to avoid providing clues to their identity (ala CSI, "Sir, this image comes from the IMT internal website, and a record of access to that site show only one person from the Las Vegas region in the last 48 hours...")

I think that this actually makes it MORE likely that it is IG
