[HUMOUR][SPEC] Monster has a centaur-like body I thought you guys would have caught on sooner Gosh. I really am the only guy who knows. Look at the new trailer. You can see a body going behind a building. The top half goes all the way behind, but not the bottom. Also, on another topic some guy stated that he was an extra in the film and a lady asks him if the monster is a minotaur. The MONSTER HAS A CENTAUR-LIKE BODY!!
Minotaur's and Centaur's get mixed up all the time.
Also, on the poster you can see marks below of a wide body pushing through the narrow buildings, and high claw marks. I beleive it's safe to say I'm right. I predict that the body will look something like this picture. My laptop is mouse-less. Give me a break.
Edit: Tagged. Is it really necessary to claim you are the only one with some critical bit of "knowledge" that is actually only speculation? -SpaceBass

Please, no more. The minotaur was just there to serve as stock script, meaning it has nothing to do with the actual movie.
Furthermore, nothing we have seen at all points to have to do anything with a centaur.
Lastly, wide body + claw marks = a lot of stuff. You cannot assume it's a centaur from this.
PS. Do some more reasearch and support your theory better next time.

er.. do you mean the words centaur and minotaur? Because I don't see any way a 4-legged horse and man creature can mixed up with a bipedal bull creature with horns.

I thought everyone had established already that this monster was going to be aquatic.

How the hell you can see a centaur, or a minotaur, or even a retartataur is beyond me. The movement in no way resembles that. Whatever your smoking to see that, pass some this way

first of all, there is no decernable picture...second, it's from the sea! the drilling station digs it up - or wakes it up. no mino-cent-aur.

No no.. OP is right, I should have seen it sooner. The creature is obviously a giant aquatic centaur. Makes perfect sense. The "It's a lion!" must be Aslan.. DOH! Now it all becomes clear.

Wow you people fail at reading comprehension and you're quite rude to boot. The nerd rage is strong in this forum...

He never once claimed that the monster IS a Centaur only that its overall shape will resemble one.

Maybe our response had more to do with the arrogant tone of his post. If you'd care to re-read it. Although it probably should have been ignored as a probable troll.
