Another concept may be that Ganu is testing on the animals to find out whats wrong with the DSI. Perhaps the parrafun withdrawal was due to a danger in the DSI that was previously unfound, Ganu is trying to correct this and find out what the problem is.

Theres no reason Ganu has to be evil.

If he wasn't evil, he would be doing ethical research, not testing on puppies. He would also have conducted tests prior to releasing anything with the DSI in it.

Okay so now we have Tagruato hiring bright young researchers, Buying animal shelter and converting them to animal research labs, and Launching a satellite for unknown purposes that will be "big"....what does it all mean?

But every name we've gotten has been a total dead end. I think since the plot keeps moving forward without us finding clues, there may not be any clues to find at this time, and the plot will bring things together in a few days, maybe? That's just what I'm thinking about these updates.
