 		Most suspenseful movies tend to have comedic elements, if only to break up the terror. I won't be disappointed at all if Cloverfield follows that formula. Unless it gets stupid, and turns in to Jackass with a giant monster.

PANICKED WOMAN 1: S..Sam Jackson?

(BLURRING IS REMOVED)

JACKSON: Everybody listen up! We have to put a barrier between us and the snakes monsters!

(JACKSON BEGINS PILING DEAD BODIES UP INTO AN IMPREGNABLE WALL)

MONSTERS: (TOGETHER) bu... but blah abl

JACKSON: Now I'm going to call you Yolanda. Yolanda, we're not gonna do anything stupid, are we?

MONSTER 1 (Yolanda): bu... but blah abl

JACKSON: Nobody's gonna hurt anybody. We're gonna be like three little Fonzies here. And what's Fonzie like? Come on Yolanda what's Fonzie like?

MONSTER 1: blah b... Cool?

JACKSON: What?

MOSNTER 1: He's cool.
