That is weird; not so much that it was hacked again, but that it's the exact same picture. I don't get the purpose behind that same picture being replanted. This Second Incident was something I expected, but I also expected a different picture.
i agree, i would think that a second hack would have something different.

How long before Tagruato regains control of its site? Last time it several days...what time is it in Japan right now? If it's an ongoing struggle/battle between Tagruato and hackers, this could go on for a while.
I wonder if this is also why Ganu wanted his satellite launched at any cost...so the opposition could not sabotage it before the launch

It's currently 7:25 PM in Tokyo So if they update it'll be within a couple of hours, as most business (at least in the US) open at about 9. So close...

Thank you Chrizzy. Someone may have already tried and gotten no results and then not posted the new "nothing", but I appreciate your attempt and feedback. Like I said I don't even know if a .jpg can contain steg. Altho I am on this forum for most of my 8 at work, I may miss a post or two, but I don't remember anyone posting that they tried. So, Thanks!

Names of the species on the "hacked" site anagrams Long time lurker, first time poster. Well, when the first "hack" came out I did some researching (somewhat since im at work) and found that if you take the first names off of the species on the "hacked" site and do an anagram scramble (not sure what site I used) I came up with this:
"MAJOR DEBUNKING OR URINATED"
I know this is kinda weird sounding but this is what I got. If this has already been said, I apologize. This did seem kinda interesting to me and I did want to post it before, but thought it was useless since I figured the hack was an actual hack. (thats what I get for thinking)
Just thought I would throw this out there and see what you viral marketing "experts" would think about it. If I can I will edit later when I get home and put up the website of the anagram I found.
Thanks!

Quite possibly the new hack is to establish the struggle between the hackers (who ever they may be) and Tagruato. It gives the storyline more depth in its background.
i agree, Tagruato now must be highly concerned that two hacks have occured to their corporations website in a short time frame, now they either must release a press statement or change their website. Either way, it shows the dynamic struggle now ensuing (and heating up) between what many of us think is the "cause" and the evil (or not so evil) corporation Tagruato.

maybe that new Glass Helmet song has to do with this (hell, if it's even IG)? The whole Ockam's theory (or is it Law?)? To look for the most simplistic answer that is right in front of us. Maybe we were over-thinking this whole thing.

I know this is to give the story more depth. But isn't it weird that some company that breaks frontiers like deep sea and space, has it's website hacked twice?

From the inside. The HACK is coming from inside their own Corporation. Hence the reason they have a hard time controlling it. Most high end firewalls will stop your ass at the pass.

I know it may seem like a stretch, but I cannot think of any reason other then our lack of finding stuff to put up the same exact picture.

Are we absoultutely positively 100% sure that this image has nothing to do with the Tagruato answering machine? Has anyone tried calling it since the newest hack?
I agree that the answering mahcine was a bit obscure but why would they put a working number on a fake website unless they wanted someone to call it?

What was the date and time of the first hack?
EDIT: Also, how long was that image up the first time; and how long was Tagruato site back up before this 2nd hack? The time-frame of these hacks might be significant. I was out of the loop when this happened the first time, so I dunno myself... anyone else?
