edit: i see what you did thar phantom

another edit:

azur and cyan are both shades of blue, which is the overall hue of the new pic. notice the 'highlighted' bracket in the upper-right. maybe someone with chop-fu could work with that?

status: desaturated

one more gif

in the source the urls of the 2 last pictures

maybe desatured is about the fact that we have to desaturate something?
i'm totally unable in using graph application so if somebody....

one more thing:
if i remeber correctly, before the images where hosted on the same site of the mainpage...now the 2 gif of the page are on another host:

using the blue from the xcyan image, I used a layer and divided the colors and found a link on the xemitter image. Here is the link that it points to

The tunnel posted looks... oddly familiar.

Have the two Giger-like pictures (the ones where one can barely make out faces) been destegged yet?

I have run the image through several steg progs, no luck so far

hey folks.

just checked back in this evening, found the number replacement puzzle at xemit_validate.txt........

well, anyway, here's what i've got so far. the numbers at the bottom are wrong, but still, i think i've got most of it right. the A numbers feel wrong. i'd like someone to check my work, as i've checked it as well as i can, and i think getting an outside opinion should help.

granted, most of this is in numbers, i haven't shown any of my actual work (did it in my head, wrote numbers down on the comp). i just want to see if my choices make any sense to anyone else. my logic skills are a little rusty these days....

thanks guys. hopefully we're gonna get really in deep with this after we beat this puzzle.

EDIT: oh snap! new stuff already!

the facility_map_33005 image has a number running down the side of it, very light, can barely see it against the black border. number is:

so that goes into the X: Y: A: as well, and we get the attached picture. i'm not going to the trouble to figure this one out tonight, but it looks like a pretty straightforward photoshop job. I'll leave this one to the imagemasters out there! Wink

RE-EDIT for POSTRACING: Damn! Knipe, we're both on the same track tonight.... removed my attachment, as i have been fully bested within the past five minutes. Worshippy

EDIT ONCE MORE FOR SPEC: okay, so after reading the fixed image, it looks like we are definitely dealing with rogue mining robots, a la Descent.
