No problem. It's still an amazing view of what the monster could posibly be. I wouldn't complain it if was personally.

Yeah, that pic was fanart created for a contest on another board.

Meh, I would reffer to this as more of a Karp. Seeing that it is an even more worthless fish.

Wait, the French are into Cloverfield?
I suddenly feel even less cool for obsessing over it.

I can't help but love this fanart. It never gets old, even though I've seen it about 50 times.

Hey, I shouldn't be evil. This is exactly what i did when I saw the fan-art too, I came here and started a thread about it. That was the last time I did that. Everyone was unusually polite about it though... unlike now, where heads are literally shorn off by the sharp and pointy teeth of annoyed regulars. Heh!

To avoid decapitation and then having your noggin flamed in here, you must have "HER" somewhere in your name. Chivalry Lives!

Wasn't it new then? Meh, you can usually work out when someone may or may not be trying to contribute, then after that, if we've worked out they want to contribute, we rib them in lighthearted fashion. If they don't want to contribute (eg that thirtybrokenwings fella or whatever he was called, the I am a Bad Robot employee guy), we either flame them or mock them relentlessly. It's tough, yes, and we probably should be a little bit more caring, but hey. That's life. I think.

I'm glad it lives somewhere. ::curtsies:: Teehee.
Seriously, my 'discovery' wasn't so long after it was posted originally and frankly, I was uninspired in my choice of search terms. I'm simply too slow on the uptake to keep up with you people; and my life is too filled with unnecessary distractions like work and dogs and such things... I have no time to putter about looking for clues. That's why I rely on the lot of you to keep me informed. It makes for good reading material when the sheer mindlessness of my job is about to numb me into catatonia.
[edit]
@Bacon Army; Trust me, I learned to understand the frustration very quickly. Even us lurkery non-gaming types can be adversely affected by the lame-brain posts, trouts and trolls. It makes our quiet browsing most difficult. I try to be polite but I haven't always been, I confess. I'm not at head-shearing level just yet, but with each post riddled with mangled spelling and just plain doofy notions that anyone else would be embarrassed to suggest, I grow just that little bit closer.
