I've seen it. Smile

But I haven't seen or heard of any attacks on GPD cruisers, yet.

Re: gotham map
piecing it all together

Hi guys -

I've been working on this on my own...don't belong to any forum, etc...but I've been watching your thread and decided that here's where I wanted to share what I had (for what it's worth).

I've got all the atm maps & background maps from the railway site (the background changes on the timetable page every time you refresh it) and they FIT together like a puzzle. Still missing some pieces but I uploaded the individual maps & what I've got together so far

http://www.flickr.com/photos/9412033@N06/

The city rail map fits behind the connected map pretty well...I used it as a guide.

SilentType on the SuperHeroHype forums posted a large meta map like yours at least a couple of days ago. His is the one linked on the WikiBruce page. Last night I seen a 1st time post by a "BlueSquirrel" who mentioned that the Timetable page on the Gotham City Rail site had additional pieces. I forwarded these to SilentType and he updated his map. You can get a HUGE PDF version here...

http://rs267.rapidshare.com/files/73154790/Gotham_map.pdf

Again, this is newer than the one on the WikiBruce site.

I've printed his first one on 36" color plotter and it came out at 36"x48". The detail is all there! Wink

But the truth is that they....

(then 2 pictures were attached - a blowing up hospital and a photo of the joker)

Vantez, Takmai...

I realize that the map has already been pieced together before (while I was off doing mine) but I couldn't find anywhere that it's been noticed that the background was changing on the timetable (with the missing pieces).

I noticed the maps changing in the background that are light green. I changed some stuff on it with photoshop so you can actually see whats on it but i haven't had the time to piece them together yet.

I haven't gotten any emails looking like that. What was the email address from the sender? If its whysoserious or humanresources I would say it might be the game but those messages look really weird....

ooOO!!! that map's even better than mine. He took the time to make the rail map fit perfectly behind the pieces. I must find this SSH board you all speak of Very Happy What are they doing, decompiling the flash files? That's what I did........I guess that's cheating, but....heh....."pirate"... Very Happy

One thing I don't really understand....why would Joker recruits contact the police department with tips? Helping the police by cleaning up the department sounds conflicting. Are we working more than one puzzle?

I wish I had more time to work on this. I love this kind of marketing.

these are the two good threads but even in them there is a good amount of silliness.

It was on the bulletin at http://www.myspace.com/jokerbegins. It was the consesus here that it is OOG page, but I got the same messages on the bulletin as the humanresource e-mail (such as "I see you got my little message") before the humanresource e-mail even came out last time. So I have no idea. Edited: But not everyone is getting the e-mails at the same time - some didn't even get e-mails.

Oh man, AWESOME!

If you submitted a tip on the Detectives on wearetheanswer.com and get a call from a blocked number, let it record -- an anonymous cop calls you with a harangue telling you to check out Document LC6551 (I may have gotten one of those numbers wrong)

Sadly I answered so couldn't record the message.

crud, I don't think I put my phone number down because it was optional.

Where might this document be located?

I just got the phone call too, it was definitely LC6551. Sounds almost like a library call number to me, but not specific enough to lead to a certain document.

edit to add:
New site found from a new voice mail at the gotham cab line:
www.bettyshouseofpies.com
They have a phone number and an e-mail address for reservations. I e-mailed for a reservation on Saturday, the time our friendly crooked cops are due there, and got this e-mail response immediately:

"We don't take reservations from email anymore because nobody ever checked and people just got mad."

There is also a number at the top of Betty's.
They no longer take phone orders, either.

PS - I've been watching/keeping up with you guys the past couple days so I've decided to finally register and contribute my couple cents worth.

When the cabs pages was updated, I went through and checked a few things.

rememberinggina.org has been updated with info on her funeral including the church. Using the formula we've grown used to, you get www.saintswithunschurch.org

There are two pieces which stand out to me immediately. The public record search - i tried Gina's name to no avail. And a new map piece.

http://www.saintswithunschurch.org/imgs/church_02.jpg

Edit: http://www.saintswithunschurch.org/imgs/church_01.jpg yields a different picture as well.
