Yes, I can see how a film with the majority of characters in the US Defense Department, the US Army and Megan Fox can have goofball characters like the ones in after-school 'comedies' about loser kids overcoming the system. Wink

I liked Transformers. I thought it was awesome. But, that's just me, I suppose, and I suppose you thinking it was like Drake & Josh is just you, lol.

I don't think there's any hidden meaning in any of the words, to get back on topic. Not in surreal, not in descend -nada, zilch, nothing. As many have pointed out, it's just awful synopsis writing.


lol Comeon, the loser fat black guy who likes DDR and is just luckily the best friend of a character AND knows how to hack the US GOVERNMENT? Not to mention the generic students at the government station, and the silly donut quarks involving the fat black guy yet again.


I found them less "Drake & Josh", and more just plain unrealistic - especially the fact that they were a bunch of nerdy guys and then, surprisingly, one rather attractive girl. And, to be honest, I liked the spiel about donuts that Anthony Anderson made. But yes, I suppose I can so how a movie where the majority of the characters are over the age of 20, most of whom aren't nerds or aren't afraid of kicking ass with guns and crap, is very "Drake & Josh".  		I don't think it's badly written... In my eyes, 5+1=6. They mention the five explicitly because I'm assuming we're following *them* through the city, not everyone at the party.

So which one of the "Slusho Seven" is not a "friend"?

Which one of the seven isn't at the party? I don't remember... is Beth? That might explain them going to get her after the fact.

i think we are all taking this as almost confirmation that jamie doesnt last past the party.

which is a good reason for marlena to be crying in the pic posted in the OP.

it cant be lily consoling marlena over jasons death cause jason is lily's boyfriend and she would be the one needing a shoulder to cry on in that situation.

Well, even though one of the pictures on the 1-18-08.com site has Jamie in it, I don't think I've seen Jamie at all in the trailer or the teaser; I'm pretty sure I've seen Beth, though. I know that's nothing new to anyone here, but I'm beginning to wonder what will happen to Jamie...perhaps that's why the description talks about 6 people, and not 7. The Jamie & Teddy videos' purpose may be to get acquainted with a character (or two) that dies in the first few minutes of the film. How sad... Sad

 		Interesting to note that in 2nd trailer, as Rob walks into his Apt., the first three people that come up to him and give him a hug is his brother Jason, $11 Guy and the "Rob's Awesome" girl...but other then Jason (who may meet his end early on), there is really no info on the other two.

I still wonder if the "Rob's Awesome" girl was supposed to be Jaime or another central character, but the story went in another direction.

Well, Jason is technically not his friend, it's his brother.. So maybe the synopsis doesn't count Jason?
