Monday's here, and I'm back. I wish I could've been around on Saturday, though. Smile

I didn't get an e-mail from Mr. J either. hmm.

hmm ... Does this Joker have any blogs? I can't check MSPs at work, but I can check MSBs (which is kind of funny to me).

I still doubt the authenticity because it's Jokerbegins.

[EDIT]

No blogs, yet.

Gotta say I'm still skeptical, myself. The email didn't have anything of substance to say; nothing happened on the second (right? That was our waiting day). Gah! I'm so exasperated!!! Still no updates on anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gina's funeral

In case anybody was wondering, I think Gina's funeral already happened. One of the comments left on her "wall" at RememberingGina referenced her funeral already.

On the other hand, the commenter was her sister, so the funeral she referred to could just be the private service for all I know.

"In addition to the private service recently held for friends and family, a Funeral Mass and Memorial Service will be held for the public at St. Swithun's on Monday at 2:00 pm."
Yeah, but wasn't this added recently? But yeah. No significance as of yet, as far as the funeral is concerned.

Forgive me if this is trout, but I was just looking over all the sites, trying to catch up, and I didn't think I saw anyone mention anything about the key with the numbers "658" that was in the evidence locker on Frederick Alder's keyring...the numbers just keep popping out at me as I'm looking at them. Anyone have any idea what it could mean?

Should we maybe break out a new thread from this one to discuss any loose ends (or not loose ends if this is old info Wink) like this?

Jake Karnassian in general concerns me as a loose end. We have his employee ID, complete with ID number (12427), which was in the pocket of an 18 year old carjacker, Frederick Alder. It was stored in a locker as evidence, as seen here:
http://batman.wikibruce.com/Image:Evidence.jpg

Why would the carjacker have the ID? It is possible he is a student at Karnassian's school and stole it for reasons unknown.

From the school website, we know that Karnassian is the "Mgr. Buildings and
Grounds (on hiatus)", and has worked there for 30 years. We do not know why he is on hiatus.

These are an awful lot of pieces to lead nowhere... any thoughts?

I think we just need to wait it out, till "after new year's" or whatever wearetheanswer.org said. 'Cause yeah, the Jake Karnassian thing still really bugs me. I find it funny (maybe foreshadowing, but that might be reading too much into it) that the tickets for the imax prologue showings were the Jake Karnassian I.D.'s.

Anyone know anything about if and when the prologue will be released on the internet?

strange
gass

I know this is probably by chance but when I was messing around in Gmail reading old emails from the joker this link was on the top of the advertisement/news box.....just seems a bit suspicious considering the joker uses laughing gass alot in the Batman comic...

gotham times
subscription

I hope this hasn't been mentioned; I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Am wondering if all the Gotham Times Newspapers that were handed out have the subscription phone number on them; or if this was a new addition on the website later. I just happened to notice it on the website, so checked around online to find a photo of the papers that were handed out and the photo I found does not seem to have a subscription phone number on it:
http://bp2.blogger.com/_2kjisMm3M9Y/R1pBbU7pvZI/AAAAAAAACOI/QW-TTwjdAIQ/s1600-h/gotham_times.jpg

I called it and it said a new edition will be coming out and to visit the website (I think it still says thegothamtimes.com)[/url]
