from what im getting from other forums on the web, this seems to me to be a godzilla movie. the one that was released back in 2000 or whatever
ended with the baby godzilla creatures.

 		Just a side note. In the first trailer there seems to be a cut in between the stairwell scene and street scene as well as the audio being silence, sorta liek censoring. If this has been previously discussed i am sorry, and maybe after watching so many times my mind is just playing tricks on me.

The audio seems to change at the cut. I've discussed it but nobody agrees with me Sad

My theory is the party and the street are different locations, but edited in the teaser to look like a single sequence of events.
If you look to the right of the explosion, you see the Woolworth building at an angle to the camera. This is the same illuminated building which is facing the camera in the street scene.
