 		I don't think that's Lena being taken away by guys in Hazmat suits, unless they played around w/the editing in the trailer - I say this b/c we see Lena turn around when they hear the skittering noises, and then we see this quick flash, implying that this is what she's seeing as she turns around, so it can't be her.

Okay, it might not be Lena, but it's definitely a person and she fits the bill.

 		I can see what appears to be Hazmat gear, but nothing to indicate that the woman they're carrying is Marlena. Then again, given what we've seen before, it'd be logical to assume it's her.

Some folks are pretty crazy...how can you see a monster in this picture? It's fire and a space in the middle where there's an entryway to the subway (since there's no surface to burn on the gap formed by the entrance, obviously there'd be a gap in the flames). And in the bottom right, all that is is buildings. I outlined them sort of.

While we're on the subject of predicting what'll be in the movie,
The helicopter flight where the S.O.L. is seen is from them being airlifted to the medical centre, a separate flight to the one later that goes out of control. I can't be bothered making a topic about why I think that's the case. They may even be taken off the island entirely, but return hours later once it's deserted.
