For some reason when I try to log into the IRC it say ive been banned

 		My guess from "Session Limit Exceeded" is that whatever chat client you're using (CGI-IRC? Java chat interface?) has a set number of connections allowed from it to Chat-Sol, and you're whatever number above that limit.

Try another chat client to see if that alleviates the problem? When you get connected, you can hop into the #help channel and talk to the chat-sol admins about what client you're using (or what IP you're on, if it's an actual ban) and see what they say.
