 		I was just watching part of Season 3, when I checked the forum and found this thread. Laughing I'll admit that, while watching an episode, I did take special notice when one of the instructional videos said there were 6 stations on the island.

Teddy said they found something or were making something... if Ganu and Tagruato are making the monster (for whatever reason) and conducting unethical research on people and animals, it does sound oddly familiar, doesn't it? Where else have we seen a group like that? Point is: they could tie the Cloverfield backstory to the Lost backstory by some connection between Ganu/Tagruato and Ben/Dharma (or whatever group(s) is/are responsible for all the weirdness going on in Lost).

If they got off the Island, then they couldn't call it "Lost" anymore. They'd have to change the name of the series, or something (who knows, maybe they're going to change it to a date and leave it at that). After all, how can you have a show called "Lost" when nobody's actually lost? That's just frusterating and confusing. Oh, wait a minute, I forgot who we're talking about here...

Intentional on your part or not, very very funny. (for those that understand Lost's numbers bonanza).

As for Lost having -anything- to do with Cloverfield, I think the most it could possibly be would be 'same universe'. Anything else is too much, IMHO.

Agreed. Still, I just stumbled across another curious coincidence, in episode 11 of season 3; here's a summary of the relevant scene from Wikipedia...

 		Hesitant to read too much into Lost connections [SPEC]
but I'm an appeasing fellow [DEVIL'S ADVOCATE]
Lost connections should be made in jest, and we shouldn't take them TOO seriously. But interconnections between JJ projects aren't uncommon, as suggested by the multifarious locations of Slusho! on different television networks.

Alias is on ABC, which is owned by Disney (i'm sure), and so was Lost, but Heroes (someone mentioned Slusho on Heros, right?) is an NBC production.

So, it's possible that the film industries could cross-inseminate their work, especially if the production company (Bad Robot) has creative control. We can assume after what Abrams has done with Lost and the marketing for this film, that Bad Robot has independent creative control - this evidences cross promoting projects as a possbility.

BUT BEWARE, opening this forum up to Lost possibilities is a pandora's box. This whole site could come crumbling down with the rampant theories, the sensitive Lost-fans, and the dedicated 1-18-08ers. It could be a scene right out of a Mel Gibson movie (or arrest) - messy.

Randy, according to the profile is from an Australian box company. Is the Randy at TIDOwave possibly an Aussie? If so, beware - this could burst wide open into SPEC till the end of times (which is sometime in mid January, I think). What a conflagrated way to extend the Lost Experience with the writer's strike.

Most interesting if there is a cross over would be:

And erm... If you watch the season 4 trailer; they're all there. I'm an AVID LOST Fan and have watched all previous 3 seasons many times over. But there could be MANY reasons we saw those "Flash Forwards"
